A Pop Quiz is a response to a challenging question or scenario. It’s a role-play of the types of “pop” situations that can come up in a day-in-the-life at a branding agency.
The types of situations vary and can range from practicing our presentation technique to leading a brainstorming session. Often it’s tied into a skill the employee has expressed an interest in mastering.
We believe investing time in professional development has a huge return on investment. We see skill levels increase and pre-meeting jitters decrease.
