Part of our commitment to young professionals is our Shadow Day Program, which is open to any young professional looking to gain exposure and experience to prepare them for their future career. Though we’re a branding and brand marketing agency, anyone who is interested in this learning opportunity can apply.
We say that a BrandTuitive Shadow Day can change someone’s career. For many of our Shadows, this is the first time they are in an office environment and at a real agency. We include them in everything we do, from naming brainstorms to strategy meetings with our Chief Strategy Officer. We make a real impact on their job search by doing resume reviews and mock interviews with them. They are encouraged to participate and make a real contribution – and we really value what they say.
Overall, we work to make sure that we can pay forward an experience that is as meaningful and life-changing as we can make it. We wish we could give this opportunity to everyone, but we have limited spots for the program. Apply below for a chance to spend a day as a BrandTuitive Shadow.
